Greetings sports fanatics! Today was the opening day of the Atlantic Collegiate Baseball League! The Trenton Generals and Bergen Metros split their doubleheader today. The Generals took game one 4-3 when Cole Reeder scored from first on a pickoff error. In game 2, Stephen Orlando completed a no hitter in the Metros 7-0 victory! The Quakertown Blazers also pick up a victory in their first game, 4-2 over the Ocean Ospreys. 5 Blazer pitchers, led by winning pitcher Ben Christian, held the Ospreys hitters to only 3 hits. Congrats to all the victorious teams!
