Greetings sports fanatics! Today the Wilson Lady Warriors hosted the Bangor Slaters. Through the first 2 quarters, neither team could find their rhythm as the Slaters led 23-13 at half. However, Bangors luck would change in the 3rd quarter. Avery Nelson would scored 14 points, including 3 three pointers, and the Slaters held the Warriors to only 4 points. The Warriors could never recover, as the Slaters rolled to a 49-24 victory! Nelson stated after the game the Slaters played more aggressively in the 2nd half.
