Bangors incredible comeback

Greetings sports fanatics! Today the Bangor Slaters hosted the Northwestern Lehigh Tigers at Easton high school. The Tigers got the scoring started in the top of the 2 on a Bangor error. The Slaters answered with 3 runs in the bottom half of the inning due to a wild pitch and an error. Two more errors by Bangor allowed the Tigers to tie the game in the top of the 4th. In the fifth, Josh Lichman crushed a pitch to deep right field to give NW their first lead of the game. The Tigers would add two more runs in the same frame to make the score 6-3. The Slaters got a run back in the bottom of the 5th to cut the deficit to 2. Down to their last 3 outs, things looked bleak for Bangor. However, their first 3 batters reached safely, two by walks and an infield single by MJ Siu to load the bases . Then, Greg Campbell lined a single to left that allowed the Slaters to tie the game. However, the left fielder bobbled the ball and Siu ran home to give the Slaters a 7-6 victory!! Siu stated after the game it was these type of games that defined the Slaters season!!
