Colgate spoils Lafayette’s school day fun 58-46

Greetings sports fanatics! Today the Lafayette Leopards hosted the Colgate Red Raiders on school day. A total of 1,500 elementary students travel to the college to watch the game. However, it would be the Raiders who leave victorious with a 58-46 decision! The Leopards had cut the Raiders lead to 8 in the 3rd quarter when Morgan McMahon caused a foul on a 3 point attempt. McMahon made all 3 free throws and the Leopards never got any closer. McMahon, who finished with a team high 14 points, stated it was exciting to play in front of all the kids!
