Easton Nazareth

Greetings sports fanatics! Today I covered the Nazareth Easton baseball game today. Easton started the scoring on a error by Nazareth ‘s third baseball. Nazareth tied the game in the top of the 3rd inning via a sacrifice fly. Easton retook the lead on a passed ball. In the top of the 5th, Nazareth tied the game on another sacrifice fly. Jack Barcolo made it a 2 run lead for Nazareth with a double. Easton tied the game on a two run double by Cole Transue. Nazareth would take the lead for good when Collin Grohotolski hit a fielders that advanced everyone safety after the Red Rovers couldn’t make the play at home plate. The Blue Eagles would add an insurance run via a wild pitch to make the final score 6-4. Grohotolski stated that the main objective was just put the ball in play to score the go ahead run.
