Greetings sports fanatics! Tonight the Freedom Patriots hosted the Hazelton Cougars in a playoff game! The Patriots struck first in the 1st quarter when Ethan Neidig hit Jaiden Colon for a 19 yarder to make it 7-0. In the 2nd quarter, Neidig hit Justin Peluso who took it 56 yards to the house for a 14-0 lead. On the next offensive possession, Neidigs pass was deflected by a defender and caught by Alexis Sangster to ran 66 yards for a TD and extended the Pats lead by 21. Freedom would add a field goal to make it 24-0 at half. In the 3rd, Kyle Johnson ran 4 yards for a TD and made it 31-0 nothing. The Pats would score the games final points in the game when Angel Alamo scored from 2 yards out to make the final 38-0! Neidig stated it was a good performance despite not having Jalen Flectcher for the game!
