Huge 1st quarter is all Tigers need in victory over Patriots

Greetings sports fanatics! Today the Freedom Patriots hosted the Northwestern Lehigh Tigers in a Colonial League-EPC matchup. NW Lehigh would have one of the most incredible starts in a game by not missing a single shot in the 1st quater en route to a 31-7 lead!!! The Patriots would slowly but surely cut into the deficit, but it would prove too much to overcome as the Tigers held on for a 50-39 victory. Cara Thomas, who finished with 16 points, stated it is always a big confidence booster to beat an EPC team on the road!
