Greetings sports fanatics! I will be attending the Iron Pigs game against the Columbus Clippers this Friday. It is will ever more special considering a connection I have with one of the current Iron Pigs players. Pitcher Joe Gatto was at a scouting combine I was attending in Flemington, New Jersey back in 2013. I was helping a Minnesota Twins scout with picking out high school and colligate athletics that had the highest potential to play in the MLB. Joe was one of the players that I picked out and he ending going to the Los Angeles Angels in the second round the following year. I really hope I have a chance to reconnect with him at the game!
