Greetings sports fanatics! Today the Lafayette Leopards played host to the Army Black Knights. Army got off to a hot start, shooting 70 percent in the first quarter paving the way to a 27-13 lead. While the offense faltered in the second, the Knights defense kept the Leopards from closing the gap in the second quarter to led 42-28 at half. The whole 2nd half was all Black Knights, as they held the Leopards to only 25 points in the final 2 quarters en route to a 72-51 victory! It was a homecoming game for Natalie Rhine, who attended Bethlehem Catholic High School. Rhine, who finished with a career high 11 points, stated after the game it was nice to play in front of her supporters.
