Moravian St Josephs

Greetings sports fanatics! Today the Moravian Greyhounds played host to the St Joseph's of Connecticut Bluejays. The Greyhounds got off to a very hot start, as they led 22-9 after 1 quarter. The Blue Jays still struggled with the Moravian defense, as the Greyhounds led 38-22 at half. However, Moravians leading scorer, Kayla Yoegel, took an awkward fall on her ankle and missed 5 mintues. Needing someone to provide a spark, Tessa Zamolyi provide 4 points, 1 steal and 1 assist during that time period. The Greyhounds would ride that stretch for the rest of the game, winning by a final of 71-50! Zamolyi stated after the game her coach gave her great advice after the scary fall!
