Greetings sports fanatics! Today the Notre Dame Crusaders hosted the Wilson Warriors. Notre Dame got off to a hot shooting start as they led 21-7 after 1 quarter. ND would keep Wilson from getting close in the 2nd as the Crusader took a 31-18 halftime lead. The Warriors however flipped the script around in the 3rd as they cut the Crusaders lead to 43-37. With less that a mintue left, Shamel Gibson hit a 3 to bring the Warriors within 2 52-50. With the Warriors pressing, Cameron Bohn managed to get the ball off despite being defended by two Wilson players and drew a huge and one to make it a 4 point game. Gibson would make a jumper to bring it back to a 2 point game and had a chance to win it after a Crusaders turnover. However, Gibson stunned everyone by air balling the 3 and the Crusaders held on 54-52! Bohn stated after the game it was nice to beat Wilson in their rivalry matchup
