Pburg advances in state tourament

Greetings sports fanatics! Today the Pburg Stateliners hosted the Bayonne Bees in 1st round action in the state tournament. It wasn't pretty by any means, but Pburg got the job done with a 64-55 victory. Andrew Martin (11 points) and Jason Abbott ( career high 14 points) scored a combined 17 points in the 4th quater to close out the Liners victory! Abbott stated it was a good team effort ahead of Monday's game against the Plainfield Cardinals.
