Quakertown Trenton game 1

Greetings sports fanatics! Today the Quakertown Blazers played the Trenton Genersls in the ACBL Playoffs! In game one, the Blazers started the scoring when Owen Petrich of Delaware hit a solo HR in the bottom of the 1st. In the bottom of the 2nd, RJ Huth of Chestnut Hill hit a single to score both Dominic Proietto of Kutztown and Carter Jagiela of St Joes to make the score 3-0. Riley Davis of Lehigh hit a triple to score Huth to make the score 4-0. Davis would score on a groundout by Sean Szestowicki of West Chester to cap a 4 run 2nd inning. Jagiela would add a RBI double that scored Cole Hertzler of Liberty in the bottom of the 5th to extend the lead to 6. Huth capped the scoring by scoring a run on a wild pitch in the bottom of the 8th. Joe Valenti of Miserocordia pitched a complete game shutout, allowing only 2 hits while striking out 4. Valenti stated after the game he was proud of his accomplishments on the season!
