Greetings sports fanatics! Today the Moravian Academy Lions boys soccer team hosted the Northwesten Tigers. The Tigers struck 1st when Jacob Van Lierop scored on a breakaway for the only tally of the 1st half. NW would pull away in the 2nd half with goals from Cole Mertz and Logan Mesics and the Tigers finished with a 3-0 victory! Van Lierop stated that the Tigers are motivated for another deep run in the states after a gut wrenching 1-0 defeat in the PIAA quarterfinals against the Camp Hill Lions.
