Greetings sports fanatics! Today Liberty hosted a District 11 doubleheader with state playoff spots on the line. The Central Catholic Vikings shrugged off a sluggish start in the first game to clinch a state spot with a 50-38 victory over the Pottsville Tide. In the second game, it looked like it was going to be all East Stroudsburg North as they led 31-22 after. However, the Whitehall Zephers made a miraculous comeback to steal the second spot from the Timberwolves 64-58!! The Zephers, who were down as much as 13, were led by Luke Keppel with 28 points. Both players were ecstatic about advancing to states!
