Palmerton Palisades

Greetings sports fanatic!! Today I covered the Palmerton Palisades semifinals matchup. All of the scoring happened at the top of the 4th inning. Kaleb Eitner and Chase Reph hit back to back RBI singles to make it 2-0 Palmerton. Garrett Horvath would provide the death blow with a 2 RBI single that made it 4-0 Blue Bombers. That would be all the run support Connor Beahm would need, as he allowed only 2 hits and struck out 7 Pirates for the complete game shutout victory. Both players stated that this victory was huge for the program considering they had to come from behind in the last inning to beat Salisbury 8-7 in the quarterfinals!
