Parkland defeats Liberty in OT

Greetings sports fanatics! Today the Liberty Hurricanes welcomed the Parkland Trojans. Parkland was in control throughout most of the game and look as if there were going to leave victorious up by 3 in the 4th. However, Blake Hargrove hit a miraculous 3 with 5 seconds left to send the game into OT! The two teams battle in OT with neither side able to get any momentum. Parkland finally got its breakthrough when Zhaire Smaltz put back his own miss to make it a 3 point game with 45 seconds left. The Trojans would hold on and escape with the win 50-45! Despite winning the game, Smaltz stated the Trojans still have work to do.
